#42 [Life] Job Hunting Hiatus!

Hi, everyone!

It's been a while since I last posted anything. At the moment, now I've been finished with that temporary job with my Dad, I've been focusing on finding myself a job. And oh my goodness, it is taking forever to find anything!

I've had a busy past month: I've been doing some writing, applying to jobs, visiting friends over the country, applying to jobs, learning Italian, applying to some more jobs, buying clothes, adjusting my clothes, applying to jobs...

The whole 'getting a job' has been pretty high up on my list. I have however honed my CV in the past couple of weeks, so hopefully I'll get some interest coming my way... My main problem is writing the cover letters: what the heck do you put in those thing to make people like you?!

Aside from the rather soul destroying job hunting, I have finally got down to my goal weight of 103lbs. It is just so odd because I haven't even been trying. Its funny how that happens! So that's one new year's resolution crossed off.

In the mean time, I have been catching up with all of your blogs, and started following some great new people and rather unashamedly stalking their pages. You guys post the most interesting stuff, I feel a bit out of my depth trying to write anything to the same standard as you all.

I feel like I should post a picture along with this... Here's one of my budgie and I blowing a kiss to one another! The love we have will never fade, my dearest budge!

I'll update you with some of the stuff I've been working on :) sorry this was a bit of a boring post.
